Beverly Foster M.Ed.
Director
Beverly graduated from the University of Laverne with a Master of Science in Special Education. She holds a California teaching credential in special education and in school administration, and has completed the Special Education Advocate Training (SEAT), receiving a certificate from Council of Parent Advocates and Attorney and is currently a member.

Kelly Lank

David is the parent of a special needs student and has handled a broad variety of special education matters successfully in due process hearings and on appeal. He has been involved with placement and reimbursements for non-public schools, residential placements and assistive technology, as well as provision of educational services necessary for students with a variety of disabilities.

Kelly Lank, has been with Parent Advocacy Center since 2012. She has experience within the Special Education setting as a parent of three children with special needs and disabilities. She is an Advocate, Non-Profit Resource Specialist, and has over 30 years experience in the medical field.
